Base on the error message shows that the user did not set up the port forwarding correcting
For the issue mentioned, please help to take following screen shots for our reference:
ADM-Settings-EZ Connect
ADM-Settings-Manually Connect-EZ Router
ADM-System Information-Network
User can try first using the EZ-router to set up his port forwarding rules

If his router is not listed in our support list then he will need to do a manual port forwarding rules

P.S. Remember we do not help customer set up the manual port forwarding rules because
1. We do not know what is the network environment customer has and if we set up incorrectly other devices that connect to the same Network might have problem
2. Router manufacturer's UI are all different and we are no expert to all the routers that are on market.
